1. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 13 to use the Site; program participation for minors requires parent/guardian consent.

3. Program participation and safety

• Media consent, waivers, and participant forms are required before activities.
  
  

4. Donations, memberships, and merchandise

• Donations/Memberships: generally non-refundable to the extent permitted by law; receipts provided for your records.
  
  
• Merchandise: purchases are subject to posted pricing, taxes, shipping, and availability. Set your return/exchange window to [30] days for unworn/unused items with proof of purchase (update here to match your policy).

5. Donor recognition
