The Lift Team is our annual giving membership that ensures people with disabilities can access Arizona’s outdoors through adaptive recreation. Your support meets year-round demand and helps athletes set—and reach—goals once thought impossible. Gifts fund state-of-the-art equipment, specialized training, and the caring instructors who work hands-on with our athletes.
With a goal of $200,000, The LIFT TEAM campaign is our annual fundraising program to ensure everyone—regardless of their physical or cognitive disabilities—has access to Arizona’s outdoors through adaptive sports and recreation. As a result of this campaign, HCAS is able to meet the tremendous demand for adaptive sports programs on a year-round basis. Our goal is to ensure that every member of the special needs community has the opportunity to experience Arizona’s natural beauty while pushing themselves toward the accomplishment, pride, and camaraderie that comes with doing what others said, “couldn’t be done.”
With your support, we will continue our work as Arizona’s only adaptive Ski and Ride program operated at Arizona Snowbowl, and we will continue to meet the ever-increasing demand for adaptive sports on a year-round basis—serving Arizona’s vastly diverse special needs communities, one athlete at a time.
