HCAS @ National Night Out

August 4 @ 5:30 pm - 8:00 pm
Promotional flyer inviting the community to join High Country Adaptive Sports at National Night Out. The flyer features the National Night Out 2026 logo over a nighttime forest background with event details: Tuesday, August 4, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Bushmaster Park, 3150 N. Alta Vista Drive. The event takes place in the east parking lot at the community ramada near the East Lockett and North Thomas entrance. The featured message reads, "Together, we are making communities safer, more caring places to live!" At the bottom, High Country Adaptive Sports invites community participation with the questions: "What questions would you want officers to ask if you're pulled over or arrested?" and "What concerns or fears do you have when interacting with police?" The Flagstaff Police Department and High Country Adaptive Sports logos appear on the flyer.
We’re excited to be part of National Night Out and we hope to see you there!
We’ll have a community survey about interactions between people with disabilities and law enforcement. Be sure to come prepared with:
✨ Questions you’d want officers to ask if you’re pulled over or arrested.
✨ And what concerns or fears you have when interacting with police.
We will also be sharing an option pre-registration program, that individuals with disabilities can provide important information to law enforcement. This information can help officers better understand and respond to YOUR needs during future interactions.
We look forward to seeing you there because we want your voice to be heard!! 📣
